That being said, we are not “building designers,” which is in essence, just a made-up term and organization by those who were unwilling to put in the effort, time, and again the experience required to achieve professional licensure. Further, as patriots, we do not offshore any of our services. So, you can rest assured that your American home was designed by U.S. citizens who are licensed in their chosen profession, having put in the time and effort in doing so.
Customizations, including structural calculations and site-specific adaptation are billed at $250 per hour.
